NEED: T23 XP Pro Restore CD's

I am in need of T23 XP Pro Restore CD's
The Copy of XP that came with my laptop has a bad COA and came as invalid when
I updated. If anyone could provide me with a copy of the restore disc I need to install a legal copy of windows I would appreciate it. I can open up an FTP server for you to upload the ISO to. or if I could download it from online like maybe megaupload or rapidshare that would be great. if none is available I can pay for a copy to be shipped to me.

I have a COA for XP pro on my machine. I tried to change my key but it isn't valid :(
