X61/X61s 2.19 BIOS Update

Nice collection of fixes:

Version 7NETB9WW (2.19)

* (New) Added PCI Express Power Management disabling capability in BIOS setup.
* (Fix) Boot priority order does not work on selecting AMT remote console.
* (Fix) Windows XP installation may stop responding on the way.
* (Fix) System reboot should be done for all Physical Presence I/F command execution.
* (Fix) The computer with Smart Card Reader resumes normal operation from sleep state unexpectedly.
* (Fix) The computer with RICOH CardBus Controller has slow data transfer performance.

Just updated to this version.. I was hoping they changed the fan settings.. no chance, yet :(

having problems with my x64 version bootable disk, it boots but doesn't perform the update.

says something about cdrom not found

I did an x64 upgrade from CD with no problem.

I think you either have a problem with the CD you burned, or a problem with your hardware. I would try burning another CD first.

i just read the notes, it says use an atapi cd, I only have te usb multiburner, I have and attapi in my x6 base at work, I will try that one tomorrow.

Yep to update X61/X61s BIOS with Vista 64 installed you need the UltraBase.

It's about time they fixed this!

You also have to disable BitLocker if you are using it.
