nope, you should be able to get this drive for about 40-50 bucks.

I agree with Johnson....we're talking about a "combo-drive" here, not a DVDrom or CDRW, but a combo of the two.

Hopefully ill try and figure out if the NEC ND-6500A will fit in the Ultrabay 2000. It's currently going for $125 on newegg.

If it's 12.5mm it will fit, but you'll have to take the bracket off of your current CD/DVDrom and you may have to cut the faceplate where it needs to taper down.
