A litte bit of driver trouble in windows 7 build 7000

Hello, as like most of you I have installed the newest version of Windows. and I really like it a lot. I am having trouble with setting up the wireless and the sound with my T41. I run the .exe and it does it's thing and nothing happens(even after a reboot) I am dualbooting XP and 7. If any of you could help that would be great
My specs are:
IBM Thinkpad T41
1.60 MHz Pentium M processor
512mb of RAM
40 gig HDD split in half for XP(sp 2) and windows 7 (build 7000)


Surprisingly I am running 7 with very impressive speeds.

Any help welcome.

I chose the windows vista drivers from the website. but most of the just had an arrow pointing to use the XP drivers.
