Problem with booting

Hello, this is my first post, so I want to say hello everybody!

My English is poor, so please be patient.

I have problem with my TP R61i.
Os: Win Vista.

After power on, computer goes through lenovo's screen bios and after it stops with black screen. Vista don't load. What I can only do is power off computer.

If I want go to system i must do:
1) push thinkvantage button,
2) wait to load Rescue & Recovery,
3) restart system from R&R.
When I do this 3 steps system loads good and I can work with computer.

I want, that my computer & Vista load normal, without this 3 steps. Please help me!

And other question: the lightning diod between hdd diod and battery diod - what does the lightning diod mean?
