Is Windows 7b stable enough for normal usage

FWIW, my hard drive got lunched after 3 weeks using Windows 7 Beta. It wouldn't boot b/c it was missing some critical windows files. I have a suspicion that the IDE drivers aren't entirely mature... I was able to pull My Documents off of it using a boot disk, and then I restored my XP SP3 partition via TrueImage.
