Disabling wireless antennae

#1 Post by Vasant56 » Wed Jan 19, 2005 12:22 pm

Hi, I want to save power by disabling my wireless antannae, I understand that disabling it in network connections doesn't actually shut it off, and I would have to have it physically turn it off.

How would I do that?

Thanks

Im not 100% positive but if you have Windows XP, go to Start > Run > services.msc > Wireless Zero Config and disable it.
