Problems link Motorola H500 headset to T500

My T500 have the bluetooth, but when I use it, only the wireless light is on, the bluetooth light is not on. I have no idea how to turn on it. When I went to control panel->bluetooth devices, I could not find any device when I try to add wireless device. Any suggestions? BTW, my bluetooth headphone can be found by my cell phone.
