Multiple Monitors T43 and Dock 2

I purchased a Matrox Millenium P650 LP dual monitor graphics card and installed it in my dock II Type 2778. When I dock my Thinkpad T43 model 2668W4P the laptop display does not work. I am willing to get a different graphics card if necessary, but I do need to be able to run a minimum of 2 external monitors (preferably 3) plus the laptop display. Neither Lenovo or Matrox are helpful. Can anyone get me pointed in the right direction?

Have you set the BIOS in T43 to use the external card that you have in the dock when booting?

Personally, I'm skeptical that you'll be able to run all the monitors that you need but good luck and keep us posted...

Actually, I think you have to set the bios to boot on "agp" display. I have a friend funnig 3 externals so I know it can work. I have all my monitors working now but still have issues.
