but under "Notebook Panel Properties" there is no "Adjustments" button anywhere. If anyone can help that'd be fantastic.
1. From the Graphics Settings tree, expand Monitor Properties.
2. Click Adjustments.
3. Under Synchronization, click the Horizontal or Vertical plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to the desired settings.

t60p - how do I enable vertical synchronization?
I can't figure out how to do this in Catalyst Control Center. The setting doesn't seem to be anywhere. The help file says to do this:
