Think Vantage Access connection problem Ver. 5.12

I did some system updates today, and one of them was the Think Vantage access connection. The new version is 5.12.

After d/l and installing, I got an error message on boot up
"Think Vantage access connection cannot run on this platform".

Is there some kind of bug with this version?

I want to uninstall it and go back to a previous version, but I don't know which one was installed on the system. Is there any way to find which version I had previously?
