Hi,
I couldn't find anyone using the blu-ray bay but I'm interested in knowing more about it. I didn't find much searching. Would it be as fast as DVD-RW plus give the additional ability to burn blu-ray or maybe the blu-ray functionality takes something off the normal functionality like slower speed or something.
I wonder how much more expensive that part (43N3215) than the normal DVD-RW Ultrabay. If it's just a $100 I would rather get the Blu-ray for the future as I don't like to make upgrades later on.

I just tried to find the price for it: $1,400.

Why so cheap?
