Wow! This is about the shortest post I have ever seen! Anyway, to reply your extremely brief question (did you actually try search for a reply yourself before asking?), see the thread Upgrade to Dothan on T40p and use Google to find images of FCPGA's and FCBGA's, respectively, and you'll easily find stuff such like e.g. this or Processors - Package Types for Mobile Intel Processors.

Yes,dear
I downloaded something in pdf format about packaging from intel's site and find that field
also interesting. Magazine story writers dont yet know of that fertile field which would give
them pages full of news events.
