SOLD: Thinkpad X4 Ultrabase (excellent)

#1 Post by sojourner » Sun Feb 01, 2009 12:18 pm

Thinkpad X4 Ultrabase
P/N: 91P9283
FRU P/N: 91P9282

Other than some light suff marks on the bottom (labels are perfect), it's in excellent condition!

FEATURES:
- 3 USB 2.0 ports
- one PS/2, parallel, serial, RJ-11, RJ-45, VGA port
- 16VDC - 3.5A input port*
- Built-in stereo speakers
- Hot/warm docking support
- Ultrabay Slim device support
- Second battery support (for optional ThinkPad Ultrabay Slim Li-Polymer Battery)
- Key lock security feature (two keys included) plus security key hole

*An X4 base requires input of 16VDC - 3.5A which means your current X4x AC-DC adapter can be used for power (no separate power supply necessary) :D

If you would like an Ultrabay Slim CD-RW/DVD included (FRU P/N 39T2579) with the base (excellent condition) I can add that for $12 additional.

PRICE: $32.50 delivered in CONUS ( reduced price! )
PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers check or cash accepted

Hi easily_rechargable,

Sorry, I don't know if the Ultrabase will work with a X41 tablet, perhaps someone who knows can let us know. Regarding the ultrabay accessory, it is a CD writer, DVD reader.

Thanks for your interest!

I don't want to buy it, but I can tell you it doesn't fit the tablet.

Actually read somewhere a person tried a tablet on the X4 base and it worked ... but all literature I've read since posting says there is a dock made specifically for it. Therefore if a tablet owner wants a dock they really need to buy the one specifically for tablets.

But if you have an X40 or X41, this is the one for you! :D
