I want to buy a 1GB SO-DIMM memory for my T30.
Memory DDR-333 (PC-2700) is compatible with the T30?

The T30 normally takes DDR266 (PC2100) SODIMMs, but DDR333 (PC2700) is backwards compatible also (and normally cheaper as well).
