X200T : after tablet mode standby does not work anymore

Hello,

i use a X200T (Vista Business 32bit SP1, all drivers from Lenovo up to date). The standby (save energy) works well in battery- and power-mode.

If i use once the X200T in tablet mode (turn screen), the X200T will not go into standby anymore. The screen gets black, but the harddisk is running and running. The only way to use the X200T again is a hardreset.

Any idea how to solve this problem ?
