In a fit of irony, I changed the entire shell right after posting those. I then installed 256MB RAM, but it's never going to run LabVIEW D:

You've got a 3MB zip file on it's way, as an email attachment. Enjoy!DComander1 wrote:my Emails DComander101x@yahoo.com

yup that is litestep. I'm currently using the AMANA suite, which includes most things in that screenshot like winamp, miranda IM, litestep, shutdown dialog, icons, wallpapers, and visual style. The window borders and explorer tweaks are by me.zmjjmz wrote:Estrogen: Yes I do use a variant of bb4win (bblean) and it's awesome.
But it doesn't compare to your desktop. Holy *****Expletives removed by Moderator*****.
I assume Litestep had a part in that. But that can't be all there is to it.
What kind of resources does it use?

actually fractal tetris is a lot less interesting than it sounds. it's just regular tetris but with fractals as background. fun though. also apparently programmed in Python.zmjjmz wrote:@Fox: Fractal Tetris? Doesn't that get infinite after a while?
I'll post a screenshot of my 640x480x4 IBM Thinkpad 560 when I get the chance -- it isn't pretty.
I hope to get it to 800x600. xvesa just doesn't cut it...TheRedFox wrote: at least 640x480 won't stretch my page at all.
is it capable? SVGA screens are the worst in linux, cause it's hard to find the right drivers to get them past the minimal VGA 16 color screen resolution, and they aren't hi-res enough to work without selecting drivers. at least that was my experience with them. XGA is worlds better for everything.zmjjmz wrote: I hope to get it to 800x600. xvesa just doesn't cut it...
