1161-11g beeps

Hi,

I am addressing this question to all thinkpad I series users. Do your computers beep after memory check on start. My thinkpad I series 1161-11g starts to beep as soon as it finishes checking the memory. It does not matter if I turn off or on the fast boot? The sound does not have any specific pattern.
Has anyone similar problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?
