need subvendor/device id of Lenovo abgn mini express adapter

Have a Apple Airport Extreme PRO mini PCI-e card installed in an X60t (flashed with a bios by Zender). Still having problems getting it to work. Would like to know the subvendor and subdevice ids of the ThinkPad 11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN Mini Express Adapter, so i can change the Apple card to look like the Lenovo one.
So if anyone has that card, please do a lspci -v and post the info.
