How to keep screen bright at low battery?

is there a setting that makes the screen stay maximum bright all the way down to 1% battery? (t41) thanks.

If yours isnt staying the same brightness, you probably have it automatically go to low brightness when it reaches a certain point. Go through the Battery MaxiMiser wizard and change the setting.

And you can also set it in the bios to be on maximum bright too.

Be warned though, I believe the Bios settings makes "brightest" while on battery as bright as it is on AC (it normally is not quite as bright). This will definitely impact your battery life even more.

when i change it to high in the bios and sometimes change my brightness to a lower level in windows, than i have it before, will it also impact my battery even more?

what is the best setting? normal or high? can anyone speak from it's own experience??

That depends completely on your definition of "best." For best battery life, normal. For best balance between battery life and brightness, probably normal. For best brightness without regard to battery life, high.
