I just got myself a T60p 2007-WUK
but the hard drive does not come with IBM's restore partition
Can some kind soul either burn me a copy, or willing sell me one?
The bottom COA sticker is WinXP Pro. Does this mean I am entitled to WinXP only, or I can get a Vista recovery DVD instead?
Thank you for your assistance!

Right - you'd need to buy a retail or OEM copy of Vista - newegg.com is a good source.
If you resolved the license COA issue somehow you can also buy a set of real discs for XP or Vista here for about $25 plus $5 shipping: http://www.<promotion of site not allowed>.com
I bought a Vista recovery set from a forum member who is in Australia for $38 before I found the above vendor and it was a pretty painless transaction but shipping took quite some time. Since then I've bought 3 other recovery disc sets from <promotion of site not allowed>.com and the service has been fast and flawless. Not affiliated just a happy customer.
