connecting my t42 to my vizio with a VGA cord

#1 Post by corleone » Sun Feb 22, 2009 7:17 pm

I want to display my computer on my vizio LCD. I have a blue VGA cord. I plugged the cord into the computer and the TV and playd with the F7 settings and the INPUTS On my tv but never got them to "sync".

Can someone offer a brief primer on connecting my t42 to my vizio using a blue VGA cord?

Thank you all.

Use a docking station and a DVI to HDMI cable. The WinXP MCE or Vista should have the correct resolution for 720p and 1080p. WinXP doesn't have the correct resolution without a monitor driver. I am using 1280x720 for my 1366x768 resolution 720p TV.
