A31p LCD unit - replacing bulb

#1 Post by deSitter » Tue Feb 24, 2009 10:03 am

Hi again,

When I replaced my LCD unit - bulb had become too dim - it appeared to me that an enterprising person could disassemble the unit and manually stick in another new bulb - since my old unit has no bad pixels I'd like to give it a shot - has anyone successfully pulled off such a feat?

Thanks again in advance.

People have been doing it for years...

However, it's a pain to do it right...
