Kudos to Lenovo Repair Center

Had a MB issue. Contacted the repair center. Received drop box next day. Boxed TP and shipped same day to repair center. Received TP with MB replacement 2 days later. No scratches or dings on my machine. Up and running with 2 more years of warranty. Hope to experience more of the same.

Between a lot and a whole freaking lot, depending on whether they charge you only for the part, or also for the labor. I have a hunch that it's gonna be the latter. :(

+vote for whole freaking lot. As consolation for your not so envious ability to crack a screen, you can rest assured that your z will be accomodated in a plush state of the art box and your shipping/down time will be minimum at worst.
