I just got a new gigabit router, an Netgear FVS336G, but my T60p is connection at 100mbps, not 1000. I've updated the BIOS and the Intel pro/1000 PL driver. My desktop is operating at 1000, so I know the router is okay. I've checked the device manager and any other places I could think of to see if there was some setting that needed to be changed.
Does anyone have a thought?
Gigabit mode not working on T60p
Re: Gigabit mode not working on T60p
I figured it out. You need CAT 5E or Cat 6 cable. I was using an older cable.
