If I want to buy extended warranty, which one should I choose, where should I buy, and how much I should expect to pay?

If goto ltwbook.pdf, page 136, it seems to closely match my T60p (I can't find my model number at all), and there are 2 5 year plan: 41C9179 and 41C9180

Is 41C9179 on site repair, while 41C9180 is for mail in/drop off repair?
How can I find out if there's a repair depot in my area?

As for how the EZServ works, see Lenovo Statement of Limited Warranty (the part "Courier or Depot Service" on page 8 ) pointed to from Lenovo Warranty and License Agreement.
