Resource conflict on T40 with wifi card after no1802 fix...

I have a T40 that I'm trying to install an Atheros ar5bmb44 wifi card. I upgraded to the latest bios (3.23), and I applied the "no-1802" fix as described on this site:

I no longer get the 1802 error, however I now get the following text on the screen:

ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller in slot 01
Bus:02, Device:02, Function:00

Press <F1> to Setup

I can get past the error if I remove the wifi card...

Anyone have any tips on how to get past this?
