I have recently deleted ibmtools folder. Now I need acces to some apps there but when I get to IBM accessories and click anything I get messages that there is now shotcuts or sth similar. I don't want to recover to factory settings as I have some software and updates installed. Is there any way to get my ibmtools folder back again?
thx
How to recover ibmtools folder?
Re: How to recover ibmtools folder?
Short of doing a factory recovery or copying the ibmtools folder from an identical machine, I don't know of a way to get it back.
Re: How to recover ibmtools folder?
The only similar machine I 've got access is IBM r51. I copied folder utils and access and the functions I needed work perfectly.
Re: How to recover ibmtools folder?
Unfortunately, one thing does not work properly, namely Create recovery disks. A window saying if you want to create cd recovery press ok if you don't ...etc. press no. When I pres ok an information windows pops up saying 'The system cannot find the file specified'.
