WTB > Genuine IBM/Lenovo AC Power Adapter for Thinkpad T60

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a reasonably priced AC Power Adapter for a thinkpad t60. I recently bought a thinkpad t60 from these forums for myself, but ended up getting another tp for the mrs. The place I bought the additional tp from included the wrong adapater (it was a t40 part). I emailed the place, but haven't heard back.

In the meantime, I looked on ebay-- and all listings were for "thinkpad t60 replacement adapters"; a closer look at the picture reveals that it's not an ibm made one... although it IS made in china.

You should also tell us what kind of T60 that it (integrated/discrete graphics) since depending on it the adapter you need is different (65W/90W).

hmm. didn't realize that. They are both T60p /w ATI FireGL 5200.

So i'm guessing that i'll need the 90w. That seems like a lot of juice for a laptop.

cjsimokat, the Lenovo outlet scratch and dent sale is the best price for a 90w ac adapter at the moment.
