ibm provided update to Norton 2004/5 - where?

While doing updates on my T40 I noticed an item to the effect that one ibm provides a new subscription to Norton 2004 or 5 to address compatibility issues. I can't find the link to that download. Anyone know where that is?
... of course some of the freeware antivir would do as well...
