ThinkPad T30 PCMCIA DOS driver

I can not find on the IBM home page PCMCIA DOS driver for my ThinkPad T30.
There is the page but the driver is missing there.
I need it for programs runnind in DOS 6.2 via PCMCIA card that is converted in one end into COM port.
Does anybody of you has this driver?
