**SOLD**: T60, 2GHz, 15" SXGA+, 128MB Radeon X1400

I'm out of the loop. So what's a realistic price today for the following T60?

Product: ThinkPad T60 2007-73U

Original description: T2500(2GHz), 1GB RAM, 100GB 5400rpm HD, 15in 1400x1050 LCD, 128MB ATI Radeon X1400, CDRW/DVD Combo, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth/Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, 6c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro

Warranty expired. Machine is in Grade A condition overall, with just a few small external scratches and fine LCD.

$525 to $575 if you can find the right buyer. I saw some low end T60's on EBay for $400 recently ...

Yes, it is an IPS FlexView LCD.

With pictures, I'd say $600 isn't out of reach. That's a very well spec'd T60.

Except it doesn't burn DVD's, and it could use some RAM and HD upgrades.

Also it's 37 months old, and these early T60 units with the beefier GPU's were said to overheat.

If the warranty were re-instated for an extra year with Lenovo for $150, would the value increase by $150, or not really?

Thanks for the opinions

It would actually cost you $250 to re-instate the warranty, and you'd be losing money even at $150.

Sell it as-is, if you take a hit at least you haven't put any more money into it.

That's the way I'd do it...if that means anything.

Best of luck with the sale.

If you're not comfortable with $600, you can certainly ask for less. Not everyone needs a DVD burner and memory/drives are very inexpensive to upgrade. Regarding the age, everyone knows that T60's are two generations old at this point.

You've got a very nice machine there, it's a keeper.
