Thanks Neil, I've already contacted eBay.UK about this (apparently) hijacked account.

All I've "heard" about the matter so far is the automated response from Safe Harbors, so we'll see how long it takes them to kill the listing.

I heard back from eBay.UK today:

I can confirm this member is no longer a registered user. Due to privacy law, I am not able to discuss the details of another members account further.

Although I didn't receive notice of this action until today, the subject URL was taken down sometime yesterday.
