How do I make Restore discs on my T60?

I have a nice T60 and I am thinking of trying out Vista on it. But, since I don't have any restore discs, I want to make them. I know I can make them off the hard drive.....

I just need specific instructions how. I believe there are a couple of ways of doing it. I want the best way, in case Vista doesn't workout, I'll go back to XP.........
