I bought my T22 (2647-9EG) a couple years ago; used but in almost mint condition. Since then I´ve installed Win2K, Fedora and now WinXP pro. A month ago the T22 started to make some strange beeps; similar to a PC-speaker but from inside the computer. The fan is almost constantly running and the HDD i warm, if not hot all the time. The hdd is also clickong very often (dying???).
Is this a thermal problem? Should I replace the fan or get rid of the hdd?
