R 32 can not update a RecordNow program

I preinstalled the system in my R32 laptop. Then I updated the XP system from a Microsoft web and after that I updated the device from a Lenovo site by a Think Vantage System Update. Few updates were installed but installation of an update rn7321u of the program IBM RecordNow ver.3.55 build 350B30a - failed. The process was going smoothly without any errors or announcements. The window of installation disappeared after 100% progress and nothing happened. I have tried to do the update manually and automatically several times with same results. What should I do to update the Record Now program?

Solution is as follows:
Although a Think Vantage System Update Software advised me to download and install the file rn7321u.exe I downloaded a file rn732108f.exe from a Lenovo database as an update for IBM RecordNow. The package ran perfectly and removed old components and installed a 7.32 build 08b version of RecordNow. So currently a RecordNow is updated and runs smoothly:) Additionally an Express Labeller has been installed.
