Need help with Hard Drive

This drive will work. Whether you need additional parts depends on what you want to do with your existing drive and how you want to move the data from the existing drive to the new one, if at all. If you want to move the data/OS, you'll need either an Ultrabay slim SATA HD adapter or an external USB 2.0 enclosure for a 2.5" SATA drive. Then you can either install the OS on the new drive from scratch (i.e., the recovery disks) and copy any additional data over from the old drive or you can clone the old drive onto the new drive (there are plenty of threads around here describing how to do the latter).
