Moving WLAN Card to other Mini-PCI-E Slot

Anyone has experiences with putting the WLAN Card to the rightmost Mini-PCI-E Slot instead of the one more towards the middle of the Laptop?

I don't have an UMTS Card, so this would put the Card more towards the corner which would make it run cooler because it sits nearer to the air intakes.

Are there any issues with this, to maybe not being compatible to the rightmost slot, or similiar?

Anyone already did this?
