I have a 8+ out of 10 T23 for sale

BelArc shows it as a 2647-4MU
PIII-M 1.13GHz (512KB)
128MB RAM, Upgraded to 512MB RAM
30.0GB HDD, Downgraded to 5.0GB HDD
14.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD
8x-3.3x DVD-ROM, Downgraded to 24x CD-ROM and 1.4 Floppy Drive
Modem (MPCI), Upgraded to WiFi Intel 2200bg internal card
Ethernet (CDC)
TV out
Li-Ion battery, Shows RED but lasts more than 30 mins
Win2000, Upgraded to Windows XP Pro w/SP3
Added Software: Firefox, BelArc Advisor, MS Office Small Business
Known issues: Lower case has been changed, the part number on the bottom does not match BelArc and the keyboard does not match, its a T22 keyboard

This HDD was the only spare I had, It is a 4200rpm and slow, but gets the job done. The software is fresh installed and 100% legal. My suggestion is to clone it to a larger HDD

The 4MU does not have built-in wifi.
Did you swap the lid for a wifi-lid or did you put antennae under the palm rest?

1 is in the lid
1 is in the Palm Rest

I also upgraded the memory to 512MB
Amazing what you can find when you cleanup!

Marketplace rule - You must mention if there is a COA or original media for an upgraded OS offered with this laptop, and you must mention the licensing/media for any additional software offered.

What does the COA match on this machine, and is there a valid license for MS Office?
