Hi all
Does it mean I currently have a ThinkPlus warranty upgrade? Or does it mean that I have the option to upgrade it if I want?

It means you have "onsite service," which is an upgrade over Easy-Serv. This warranty expires July 29, 2009 (in about 4 months).

Find your machine type on the list of warranty upgrades here. You'll have to call Lenovo to extend it.
