WTB: 14" T43/6x dedicated gfx or SL300

Had a similar WTB thread going but it was getting a little long and crowded. Now that I've actually sold my other Thinkpad I can really focus on what I want (and that is...):

T43, 60, or 61, in 14" screen size, standard or widescreen. Dedicated graphics card (128MB preferred). For a T43 I'd like to see a high speed processor.

or

SL300 (dedicated graphics) (or SL400, probably)


I had the T61p in my sig, and it sucked for battery life (carrying the notebook around campus with me all day) and was just too big and heavy (15.4" screen).
