Hi,
For a while now, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the Lenovo Powermanager software (in Vista), the computer does not go into standby when the 15 minute idle time is reached on battery. Instead, the X61t waits until it is at 10% to go into standby (since that is the emergency alarm setting in the powermanager). This is driving me nuts! Any ideas on how to fix it (other than reinstall, which I have done over and over)? I want to be able to control when the computer goes into stanby after a certain idle time. I can get it to go into standby by either Fn-F4 or letting it go idle until it reaches 10% battery, but that is not ideal.
Also, can anyone get the System Update to work consistently? I can only get it to work if I reinstall it, and then only once. If I want to use System Update again, I need to uninstall and reinstall.
Thanks!
Aris
