I believe you have a few options:
1. Replace the keyboard with an English one
2. Use the software English keyboard
3. Use Lenovo Keyboard Customizer
4. Additionally, one could interchange both keys mechanically

The number 4 ,means that it is possible to change mechanically the two keys?

Yes, as long as they are the same type/shape :) I have recently discovered this trick on my German keyboard, but I haven´t applied it yet.
