Hi , my hdd is dead ( HDD regenerator on Hiren CD can not recover !) , which hdd can i buy to change ? PATA 7200 RPM hdd will be good ?

Because of the PATA to SATA bridge used in the T43 you're going to need a drive with IBM approved firmware to avoid the 2010 error message when booting. Below is a long thread about the issue. Look for the link to the IBM webpage listing the drives that can be flashed to the proper firmware.
