T42 Does not power up! After board change!

I have a T40 Laptop with freezing problems. Must of the time the Computer was on for 10 minutes and then freeze herself.
I bought a T42 MOBO and it turned off after 1/2 minute. The fan was loosed.
I installed the original T40 board and had the same problem and then stopped turning on. I tested the T42 board and did not turn on also.
I returned the board back to the supplier, they tested and was find.
A new board was sent to me but, I can't turn on the computer.
My next step is to replace the power jack.
Any of you have any advise on this situation?

The battery light turn green as soon I connect the power supply cable and in a few seconds change color to orange!
