TPHKMGR.exe consumes 50% CPU

TPHKMGR.exe consumes 50% CPU

I installed the thinkpad drives for winXP on my thinkpad R60. However, the TPHKMGR.exe process is consuming 50% of my CPU resources! When i kill this process, the on-screen display (volume, brightness etc) and the hotkeys (FN+F1 to F12) stop working.Could someone help me out?
