I have a T61 and use a dock at work. Is there anyway I can use a splitter to connect to two external monitors and split my desktop
Any suggestions please

T61 and external monitors support
Re: T61 and external monitors support
If you use either the Advanced Mini Dock or the Advanced Dock, then you can connect two monitors without problems (without a need for a splitter). One monitor connects to the VGA port, the other one to the DVI port. So, as long as the monitors have these inputs, then there is no problem.
Things are different, if you only use the essential port replicator (or whatever it is called). That one is missing the DVI out and you cannot connect two monitors, as far as I know.

Re: T61 and external monitors support
Thank you. The reason I asked to use the splitter is to retain the resolution and or use the DVi switch to switch between two machines.
