R51 DVD Rom

Does anyone know if I can replace the DVDRom from my R51 with a DVD-RW from an X61? I don't have the part number for the DVD-RW from the X61.

The X6 Ultrabase still use PATA Ultrabay Slim drives. It should work in a R51. R5x uses the 12.7mm thick Ultrabay Enhanced drives. 9.5mm Ultrabay Slim drives will fit but leave a gap on top.
