How to stop those pesky Yahoo Messenger Ads!

While sorting out a webcam problem for my wife's Yahoo Messenger (V9.0), I was irritated by the various ads all over the place.
Looked around and found this link, which has a batchfile to create some strings in the registry, to BAN those buggers.
