TPM Replacement chip?

Anybody know if/where to get a replacement TPM chip for T4x motherboards?
These chips are missing and it seems the mobos will not work without it. (series of 4 beeps)
Can you move a chip from one mobo to another?
Can you buy 'blank' chips?

Anybody have a defective T40/41/42 mobo with TPM chip lying around , or perhaps a loose TPM chip they could mail me?

Maybe because it has to due the encryption system that nobody free to comment.
